Jose Luis Fernandez, 54, died Thursday, Nov. 18, in Borger.
Services are pending with Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mr. Fernandez was born on Oct. 28, 1950 in Cd. Juarez Chihuahua, Mexico and had been a resident of Borger since 1981. He was a light equipment operator for Zachery Construction Corp. He married Margarita Reyna on December 20, 1970 in Cd. Juarez Chihuahua, Mexico. He was a member of Iglesia Libetad en Cristo in Borger and enjoyed fishing. He was preceded in death by his sister, Antonia Fernandez.
His survivors include his wife, Margarita Fernandez of the home, three sons - Juan Fernandez and Luis Ivan Fernandez both of Borger, Cesar Fernandez of Cd. Juarez Chihuahua, Mexico, five sisters - Ana Fernandez de Baltazar, Glorea Fernandez de Acosta, Yolanda Fernandez de Hernandez, Alicia Fernandez de Rangel and Juana Fernandez all of Cd. Juarez Chihuahua, Mexico and three grandchildren.
