Don Eldridge Fisher, 69 of Austin, TX passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2012.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Jane Fisher, his daughter D'Andra Lusby and her husband Mike, his son Damon Fisher and his wife Amy, three grandchildren Meredith Lusby, Marissa Lusby and Owen Fisher, his parents Twyla and Cliff Harbison, his sisters Linda Phillips and Francine Langwell.

Don retired from the Eanes Independent School District after more than 33 years of service.

A memorial will be held Saturday March 17th at 2:00 pm. at St. John's Presbyterian Church, 12420 Hewitt Lane, Austin TX 78748.

We will miss you Papa.

Jane Fisher, 67, of Austin, formerly of Borger, died Tuesday, October 9, 2012.

Graveside services will be at Westlawn Memorial Park on Monday, October 15, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

She will lie in state at Minton-Chatwell Funeral Home, Sunday, October 14, 2012.

Jane is a 1963 graduate of Borger High School.

Jane married her high school sweetheart, Don Fisher, in 1964.

Jane lived most of her adult life in Austin, Tx., where she raised two children.

Jane retired from LCRA after many years of service.

She was a wonderful, loving mother and adored her three grandchildren.

Jane was preceded in death by Don, her husband of 48 years; her mother Dortha Lee Caldwell; her step-mother Geraldine Geerdes; her sisters-in-law Jenny Geerdes and Sharon Middlestet.

Survivors include a daughter, D'Andra and husband Mike Lusby of Belton; a son, Damon Fisher and wife Amy of Austin; grandchildren Meredith and Marissa Lusby of Belton, and Owen Fisher of Austin; her father, R.K. Geerdes of Amarillo; three brothers, David Geerdes of Fritch, Michael Geerdes of Fritch, and Monte Geerdes of Sapulpa, Ok.; four sisters-in-law, Elaine Geerdes of Sapulpa, Ok., Linda Phillips of Amarillo, Francine Schaffer of Amarillo, and Brenda Pardee of Noel, Missouri; her mother and father-in-law, Cliff and Twyla Harbison of Amarillo, many other relatives and friends.
