STINNETT - Dean Forrest, 85, died Friday, Jan. 18, 2002.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Ricky Griffin of First Baptist Church of Sanford officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mr. Forrest was the owner and operator of Dean's Bait Shop in Sanford. He was also a sportswriter for the Borger News Herald in the late 1940s.
Survivors include his wife, Nadine; a son, Robert "Bob" Forrest Sr. of Borger; a daughter, Sharron Harris of Stinnett; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
The family will be at 305 N. Davis St.
