BORGER - Nim Walker Free, 77, died Monday, May 14, 2001, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in First United Methodist Church, Garden Room, with the Rev. Jim Terry, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at a later time. Arrangements are by Minton / Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mr. Free was a member of First United Methodist Church and Kum Dubl Sunday school class. He played with the Borger Gassers baseball team.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Free; two sons, Michael Free of Borger and David Free of Austin; a daughter, Laura McKinney of Borger; three brothers, William L. Free of Wister, Okla., Bobby Dale Free of Poteau, Okla., and Tommy Paul Free of Torrance, Calif.; two sisters, Louise Hornbuckle and Jeanne Ballew, both of Wister; and three grandsons.
