BORGER - Geraldine L. "Jerry" Geerdes, 85, died Thursday, Nov. 24, 2005.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park.
Mrs. Geerdes was born Aug. 27, 1920, in White Deer. She retired from the shipping department at J.M. Huber Corp. in 1985.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald Geerdes; four sons, Ronnie Geerdes of Birmingham, Ala., David Scott Geerdes and Mike Geerdes, both of Fritch, and Montie Geerdes of Sapulpa, Okla.; two daughters, Sharron Mittelstet of Los Gatos, Calif., and Jane Lee Fisher of Austin; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
