AMARILLO - Funeral services for J.W. "{Wade" Gill, 87, were at 2 p.m. today at services were at 2 p.m. [sic] Monday at First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Billy Duncan and the Rev. Amos Meador, officiating.
Burial was in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
Mr. Gill died Friday, Feb. 21, 1992 in Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo.
A native of Batesville, Ark., he had been a Borger resident for 52 years, and an Amarillo resident for four years. He was employed at Phillips Refinery before retirement. He was a member of South Georgia Church of Nazarene in Amarillo.
He married Lola Milligan Aug. 17, 1938 in Borger.
Survivors include his wife; a son, James Harmon of Amarillo; a daughter, Ima Lee DeMarco of Calumet City, Ill.; two sisters, Alleen Simpson of Borger; and Willene Hughes of Spearman; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
The family requests memorials be made to St. Anthony's Hospice, Box 950, Amarillo, 79176.
Pallbearers were Frank Bevins, Gary Brewer, J.D. Eastepp, V.L. Ray, W.T. Reese, and Clyde Townsend.

AMARILLO - Lola I. Gill, 92, died Sunday, September 28, 1997, in Baptist St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 3, 1997, at the South Georgia Church of the Nazarene in Amarillo, with Rev. Ron Sullivan, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. Friday, October 3, 1997, under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors.
A native of Batesville, Ark. she was an Amarillo resident for eight years, moving there from Borger.
She was a member of South Georgia Church of the Nazarene in Amarillo.
Mrs. Gill was a former employee with C.R. Anthony.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. "Wade" Gill in 1992.
Survivors include a son, James Harmon of Amarillo; a daughter, Ima Lee De Marco of Mokena, Ill.; two brothers, Gaynor Milligan of Pasco, Wash. and J.C. Milligan of Fair Oaks; two sisters, Billie Ballard and Maxine Austin, both of Amarillo; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
