Services for Mrs. Dorothy Griffith, 62, of No. 6 Hughes in Phillips, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Faith Covenant Church with the Rev. George Rutenbar, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Cemetery by Alexander Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Griffith died in St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.
A housewife, Mrs. Griffith was born in Richmond, Va. She had been a resident of Phillips for 34 years.
Mrs. Griffith was a charter member of the Faith Covenant Church.
She is survived by her husband, William T.; two daughters, Mrs. Trudy McCoy of Dallas and Mrs. Anita Kreider of Denver, Colo.; her mother, Mrs. Ruth Barnes of Richmond, Va.; one brother, Russell G. Barnes, Jr. of Richmond, Va.; one sister, Mrs. Arline Samuels of Richmond, Va.; and two grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established at the Faith Covenant Church for the Tempies Missionary Fund.
Pallbearers will be E.D. Baker, Jr., Jim Birtell, Paul Husen, Frank Saucier, P.S. (Jack) Stallings and Dave Warren.
