POLKA, Vivian Ginsburg Vivian Ginsburg Polka, 83, of Brekenridge, TX, passed away on March 31st in Carrollton, TX. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, April 8th at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rabbi Steve Fisch officiating. Vivian was born in Brekenridge, TX to Rubin Meyer Ginsburg and Florence Karelitz on December 7th, 1935. She went to school at Brekenridge Highschool. She married Louis Henry Polka on December 29th, 1973 in Dallas, TX. She co-owned and operated Chem Care Corporation with her late husband until she retired. Vivian is preceded in death by her loving Husband Louis Polka, beloved Mother Florence Ginsburg, and Uncles Joe Kareliz and Herbert Bennet. Vivian is survived by her step-children Kathryn Brenner and husband David, Karrie Kitzman and husband Mark, Kim Stewart and husband John, David Polka, Krystine Kendzerski and husband Chris, her Grandchildren Aaron, Adam, Mathew and Johnathon Brenner, Justin and Morgan Valentine, Tracy Oehlert, Jennifer Skelton and Jamie Stewart, and great-Granchildren Cayden Flores, Trinity Skelton, Rylan and Hayli Swan, and Decklyn Czajkowski. Memorials may be given to Texas SPCA The family of Vivan Polka wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the nurses and aides from Vitas Hospice care.
