James C. Haddox, 65, died Thursday, June 22, in Amarillo.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Abundant Life Fellowship with the Rev. Vince Inman, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the Garden of Serenity at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mr. Haddox was born in Milfay, Okla., and had been a resident of Borger since 1955. He married Nancy Adams on May 26, 1954, in Bristow, Okla. He was retired from the oilfield and was a member of Abundant Life Fellowship.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Haddox of the home; two sons, Joe Haddox of Borger and Shane Haddox of Bastrop; one daughter, Renda Turner of Borger; his mother, Vivian Haddox of Claremore, Okla.; five brothers, Donald Haddox, Wallace Haddox, Leon Haddox, Denny Haddox and Gary Haddox, all of Claremore; three sisters, Betty Moore, Sheila Griffin and Treila Andrews, all of Claremore; five grandsons; and one great-grandson.

Casket bearers will be Joel Davis, Clay Leamon, Mickey Carlisle, Claude Hooks, Ralph Pumphrey and Donny Campbell.
