Dr. Henry M. Hamra, 86, of Borger died Friday March 3 in Borger.

Services are pending with Brown Funeral Directors.

Mr. Hamra was a medical doctor and a native of Henryetta, Okla. He was a Borger resident for 62 years and a Catholic. He married Marguerite Robertson on Jan. 21, 1940 in Okemah, Okla.

Mr. Hamra's survivors include his wife, Marguerite; one son, Michael Hamra of Mesquite; one daughter, Dr. Mary Hamra of Houston; one brother, William Hamra of Tulsa, Okla. and one sister, Nellie Hamra of Henryetta, Okla. and two grandchildren.

BORGER - Marguerite Hamra, 86, died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2006, in Amarillo.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Westlawn Cemetery with the Rev. Pat Carathers officiating. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Hamra was born Sept. 5, 1919, in Scottsdale, Ariz. She attended St. Scholastic Catholic Girls School and Oklahoma Catholic College, was a Catholic and a homemaker.

Survivors include a son, Michael Hamra of Dallas; a daughter, Dr. Mary Hamra of Houston; and two grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Medecins Sans Frontieres or Doctors Without Borders, 333 Seventh Ave., Second Floor, New York, NY 10001-5004.
