SCHIFFMAN, IRVING, passed away Tuesday, February 11 at Baylor Hospital. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 12 at 12 Noon at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home Northwest Hwy Chapel. Irving grew up in New York and moved to Dallas in 1956. He maintained an office at The Dallas Apparel Mart for many years. He is survived by his loving wife Bonnie and his adoring daughter Lisa; brother Louis Schiffman, and sisters Sarah Kleinman and Evelyn Goldenberg. During WWII Irving served his country with distinction and received numerous medals, including The Bronze Star. He was a member of Tiferet Israel Synagogue and Temple Emanu-El. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The American Heart Association, The American Diabetes Association, or The American Cancer Society. Dignity Memorial Sparkman Hillcrest 7405 W.
