BORGER - Edwin E. "Slim" Harms, 87, died Thursday, July 29, 2004, in Amarillo.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today in the Garden of Serenity in Westlawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Bill Browning, pastor of Broadway Baptist Church in Fritch, officiating. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Mr. Harms was born April 3, 1917, in Leedy, Okla. He was an oil field welder for 37 years, working for Disco and Patton Machine.

Survivors include his wife, Eva; three daughters, Ada Mastroberti and Bonnie Thomas, both of Borger and Earlene Hooks of Canyon; a brother, George Harms of Cordell, Okla.; seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

BORGER — Eva Lee Harms, 91, of Borger died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, in Canyon.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Bill Browning, pastor of Broadway Baptist Church in Fritch, officiating. Arrangements are by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mrs. Harms was a member of Bunavista Baptist Church. She was a local resident since 1947.

Survivors include three daughters, Ada Mastroberti and Bonnie Thomas, both of Borger, and Earlene Hooks of Canyon; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
