*Obituary
Services for James E. Hill, 61, of Temple, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Mintons Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Mr. Hill died Tuesday in the V.A. hospital in Dallas.

A cook, Mr. Hill was born in Claude. He was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Jo Ann Felter of Bryan and Miss Melissa Kay Hill of Amarillo; one son, James E. Hill Jr. of Amarillo; a brother, F.M. Hill of Denver, Colo; a sister, Mrs. Billy Joe Womack of Longview; and two grandchildren.

The family will be staying at 506 Coble.
