Joseph F. "Red" Hill, 56, or 506 Coble, died Saturday in Temple.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Central Baptist Church with the Rev. Aaron Laverty, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors.

An oil field driller, Mr. Hill owned and operated Red's Lounge for 12 years until his retirement in 1980. A native of Claude, he has lived in Borger for 15 years.

Survivors include his wife, Betty; a daughter, Mrs. Jack Tadlock of Borger; a son William Blackshear of Perryton; one sister, Mrs. Billy Joe Womack of Longview; two brother, J. E. of Temple and F. M. of Denver, Colo.; and four grandchildren.

Betty Hill, 64, died Saturday in her home.

A retired owner and operator of Red's Lounge, she was a native of Ravenna and a Borger resident for 37 years.

She was a Baptist.

The family will be staying at 237 Garrett.

She is survived by a daughter, Jean Tadlock of Borger; her mother, Pearl Arney of Bonham; two sisters, Minnie Phillips of Bonham, Faye Robinson of Telephone; four grandchildren, Roy, Tammy and Tom Tadlock and Mike Blackshear; two great-grandchildren, Jacquelyn and Tyler Tadlock.

Funeral services are pending with Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors.
