*Obituary
BORGER — Evelyn Hopper Dickerman, 92, formerly of Borger, died Tuesday, April 3, 2012.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Minton Memorial Chapel with Bobby Bridges officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Good Shepherd in Westlawn Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Ms. Dickerman was born Jan. 27, 1920, in Aubrey to Herman and Etta Johnson. She moved to Graham, Wash., in 2009.
Survivors include two sons, Waudell Hopper of Fritch and Ronny Hopper of Borger; a daughter, Tonya Hopper Whitfield of Graham; two sisters, Fern Melton of Fort Worth and Doreen Jones of Denton; a brother, James Johnson of Aubrey; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to National Federation of the Blind of Texas at nfbtx.org/donate, or Fellowship Baptist Church, 305 N. Deahl St., Borger, TX 79007.
