Bert Stanley Humphries, 36, 13 miles southwest of Stinnett, died Monday in Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo.
A truckdriver for Red Arrow Freight Lines, he was a native of Salinas, Calif., and a Borger area resident for 30 years.
He was a Methodist.
He is survived by two sons, Garry Humphries and Buck Humphries, both of Stinnett; one step-daughter, Gayla Casida of Borger; his father, Roy Humphries of Stinnett; a sister, Susan Graves of Dumas.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Southern Baptist Church of Fritch, with Rev. D. Jay Lewis, pastor, Lake Meredith Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.
The family is at 404 Mustang in Fritch.
