BORGER - Curtis Nathaniel Jones Jr., 57, died Thursday, Sept. 28, 2000, in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors, Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. J.H. Blakemore officiating. Burial will be in the Garden of Love at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Jones was born in Marshall. An operator for Phillips Petroleum, he moved from Borger to Colorado Springs seven years ago.
Survivors include two sons, Curtis Jones III of Borger and Victor Sauls of Dallas; a daughter, Vanessa Jones of Borger; a stepson, James Taylor of Borger; a stepdaughter, Larisa Reeves of Seattle; his mother, Dorothy Jones of Amarillo; two brothers, Nelson Boyd of Denver and Michael Jones of Dallas; a sister, Jocelyn Johnson of Amarillo; and seven grandchildren.
