Roger William Klause, 51, of Amarillo died Monday, Sept. 17, 2007.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors Minton Memorial Chapel in Borger with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, and Richard Klause, lay minister, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park.

Mr. Klause was born April 11, 1956, in Borger. He was a welder in the offshore oil industry.

Survivors include his parents, Roger and Wanda Klause of Borger; a son, William Klause of Amarillo; three daughters, Krista Cassity of Borger and April Klause and Frances Klause, both of Amarillo; a brother, Kevin Klause of Philadelphia; two sisters, Shari Klause of Seattle and Kari Williams of Borger; and two great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 3238, Borger, TX 79008.
