Obituary
Memorial services for O’Neal Hicks, 83, of Seminole, were held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 13, 2021, in the First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Larry Allison, assisted by Joe Lapusan, under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Seminole.

O’Neal passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 in Lubbock.

He was born September 28, 1937 in Paris, Texas to Charlie and Mary Baze Hicks. O’Neal married Margie Gray, December 24, 1958 in Olton. He worked for Key Energy as a Hot Oiler Operator for many years and retired from Key Energy. O’Neal loved to fish and was an avid shopper. He was also a member of the First Assembly of God Church.

He is preceded in death by one sister Lorene Fulbright, and one brother Jimmy Hicks.
O’Neal is survived by his wife Margie Hicks; three sons Steven, Brandon, and Charles and wife Olga Hicks; two daughters Pam South, and Cheryl Hicks; seven grandsons Derek, Lance, Richard, Chandler, Aaron, T.J. Mares; three granddaughters Christy Teichroeb, Kristen, and Caylynn; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; three brothers Wayne, Billy, and Robert Hicks; three sisters Charlene Jones, Martha Sellers, Sue Carr and a host of nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made to The First Assembly of God Church, P.O. Box 1056, Seminole, Texas 79360.
