Survivors - Wife Armenia Waits; brothers C.S. Waits of Hillsboro, Grady Waits of Blum, Ross Waits of Blum; Ruby Waits of Blum, Guy Waits of Clifton, Clemmie Waits of Cleburne, and Earl Waits of Ft. Worth (undoubtedly the last names of these brothers should have been listed as Biggs); two sisters - Mrs. Rosa Ward of Whitney and Mrs. Stella Sanders of Shamrock; 5 children Mrs. B. L.(Madeline) Horn of Waco; Mrs. Jerry (Netha Nell) Williamson of Fort Worth; J. W. Waits of Fort Worth, Gene Paul Waits of Hillsboro; and Mrs. J. F. (Edith) Brooks of Woodbury.
