*Obituary
Funeral services for Sell W. Long Sr., 82, of 801 Whittenburg are at 11 a.m. Monday at Ed Brown & Sons Chapel of the Fountains. The Rev. Robert Lacewell, pastor of Bunavista Baptist Church will officiate.
Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park, following graveside services under the auspices of VFW Post 1789.
Mr. Long died at 1:10 a.m. Saturday at the Amarillo Veteran's Hospital. He was a retired farmer, and area resident for 15 years.
Survivors include four sons, Sell Long Jr., F.E. "Slick" Long, and Glenn D. Long, all of Borger, and Jimmy L. Long of Plainview; daughter, Mrs. R.C. Lovell of Fritch.
Also, a brother, Bill Long of Oklahoma City; four sisters, Mrs. Ollie Turnbow of Ryan, Okla., Mrs. Vada Deatherage of Davis, Okla., Mrs. Bessie Richard of St. Louis, Okla., Mrs. Beulah Ogle of Geary, Okla., nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Casketbearers are A.L. Tucker, E.R. James, J.P. Kerr, C.C. Graves, C.F. McDaniels, and J.D. Rutledge.
