March 1, 1887 - February 19, 1962
"Mr. Reed was a member of a pioneer Falls County family. His parents were Mr. & Mrs. R.A. Reed of McClanahan. His wife was the former Miss Minnie McClanahan. The town was named for her parents. Mr. Reed's father was president of Marlin Natl. Bank when he died."
Lee Henry Reed was a retired farmer. He had lived 8 years at the home of a daughter in Houston.
