*Obituary
James E. "Loop" Manasco, 1028 Thrams, died Sunday, December 5, at Golden Plains Community Hospital.
A roustabout for Phillips Petroleum Company, he was a native of Cove, Arkansas and a Borger resident since 1954.
He was a member of Johnson Park Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita Manasco of the home; one son, Larry Manasco of Borger; a daughter, Cheryl Hamilton, Borger; three brothers, Maurice Manasco of Cove, Ark., Brice Manasco of Stinnett, Tom Manasco of Annadale, Va.; six sisters, Verna Jameson of Nashville, Ark., LaVeda Tubbs and Ina Ralls, both of Borger, Betty Snowden of Clinton, Ark., Novella Manasco of Cove, Ark., Rosella Brown of Booneville, Ark.; four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Johnson Park Church of Christ with Sam Sidders, minister, officiating.
Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
