Obituary
AGOURA HILLS, Calif. - Kaylin Marie Mathews, 20, died Tuesday, July 1, 2008.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Borger Church of God in Borger, Texas, with the Rev. Bill Ratchford and the Rev. Gilbert Del Toro officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Cemetery in Borger by Brown Funeral Directors of Borger.
Miss Mathews was born March 1, 1988, in Borger to Kimberly Lasater and Stephen Mathews. She was a 2005 graduate of Indian Hills High School in Calabasas, Calif., and a DJ.
Survivors include her parents, Doug and Kim Lasater of Agoura Hills and Steve and Diana Mathews of Canyon, Texas; a brother, Jared Mathews of Agoura Hills; a sister Lexie Mathews of Canyon; her grandparents, Johnny Smith of Borger, Ron and Monet Lasater of Dumas, Texas, and Dennis and Carolyn Mathews of Fritch, Texas; and two great-grandmothers, Marie Ray and Elizabeth Lasater, both of Amarillo, Texas.
The family suggests memorials be to Rebecca Lynn Cutler Legacy of Life Fund, 730 N. Franklin St., Suite 501, Chicago, IL 60610, 800-826-3632.
