Fred Lee McAnally
April 10, 1931 - March 20, 2018

Fred Lee McAnally, 86, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at his home in Fritch.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Riverview Baptist Church with Preacher Jimmy Gilmore officiating. Burial will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

Fred was born April 10, 1931 to Zona Leota Tatum McAnally and Coril Otis McAnally in Cold, Oklahoma. He has married Jo Ann McAnally on May 19, 1949. Fred enjoyed gardening, fishing and horses. He was also an avid history buff. Fred retired from J.M. Huber.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Jo Ann; parents; son, Floyd McAnally; grandsons, Joel and Cory Smith; sisters, Beatrice and Mary Lou Simpson; and son-in-law, Dean Smith.

Survivors include daughters, Freeda Primera and husband Gabriel of Monahans, TX, Sally Smith of Carlsbad, New Mexico; seven grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; brother, Cairl McAnally; and sisters, Corrine Noah, Roberta Gates, Brenda Jones and Pat Niemann.
