LEVELLAND — Services for Elmer Dee Nations, 89, of Levelland will be at 2 p.m. today at Geo. C. Price Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Stephen Nation of the Church of the Nazarene in Ada, Okla., officiating.
Burial will follow in City of Levelland Cemetery under the direction of Geo. C. Price Funeral Directors in Levelland.
He died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2002.
He was born Feb. 13, 1913, in Windom and moved to Levelland in 1971. He married Viola Mae Shaw on June 13, 1934, in Oklahoma. She died Nov. 16, 1995. He farmed in California and Levelland for 49 years. He was a member of College Avenue Baptist Church in Levelland.
Survivors include three sons, Dee and Tom, both of Levelland, and Jake of Bakersfield, Calif.; two daughters, Dorothy Engledow of Levelland and Judy Nations of Tulare, Calif.; a sister, Vera Plog of Burbank, Calif.; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
