Bobby L. Fiveash, Sr. of Lubbock passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at the age of 79. He was born April 11, 1936 in Santa Anna, Texas to Jesse and Virgie Mae (Hurt) Fiveash. He was a construction superintendent for over 50 years. Bobby is a veteran and served in the U. S. Marine Corp. He was married to Linda Carlisle. Bobby was a deacon and member at Redbud Baptist Church, he was very active in the community, he was a member of the Lions Club, he assisted in starting Christ Cupboard Program and volunteered at Angel Food Program. Bobby enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and playing golf.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Linda; two daughters, Brenda Ekberg and husband, Ernie of Weatherford and Cindy Turner and husband, Randy of Lubbock; one son, Bobby L. Fiveash, Jr. and fiancee Dena of Lubbock; two brothers, Carl and Michael; one sister, Judy; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and his four legged best friends, Gracie, Molly and Kiwi.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Alice.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 27, 2016 with the family receiving friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Combest Family Memorial Chapel. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 28, 2016 at Redbud Baptist Church with interment to follow in Levelland Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial donations be made to Redbud Baptist Church.
