Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home
Funeral services for Allen Brackett, 63, of Yantis, will be held at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Monday, July 19, with Rev. Al Davis and and Rev. David Hamm officiating.
Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Monday, July 19, at Parker Memorial Cemetery in Grapevine with Randal McDaniel, Don McDonald, Travis Patridge, J.R. Pilson, Colby Parker and Cruz Medina serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Wayne Parker, Tom Noble, David Halmark, Steve Money, Rick Russell and George Hines.
Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, July 18, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Allen Brackett passed away Friday afternoon, July 16, 2010, at his residence.
He was born in Durant, Okla., on Aug. 18, 1946, the son of H.A. and Lonita Mize Brackett.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one grandson, Michael Taylor; and one brother.
