*Obituary
Allie Minnie Mullins, 84, of 2810 61st St. died Wednesday at John Sealy Hospital. Funeral services wiil be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Central Christian Church with the Rev. Denton Bassett officiating. Burial will be at Grace Memorial Park under the direction of the J. Levy & Bro. Funeral Home.
Mrs. Mullins was born March 15, 1895 in Lee County, Texas. She was a homemaker, a charter member of Galveston's Grandmother's Club Ladies Auxilliary of VFW Post 880 and a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, John R. "Rusty" Mullins Sr. of Galveston, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitors may call at the Central Christian Church after 4 p.m. today.
Pallbearers will be J.R. Mullins Jr., William B. Mullins, Brunero Calli, J.D. Kueten, Kenneth Hoover and Cornelius Lauve.
Memorials may be sent to the Galveston County A&M Club scholarship fund.
