Services for Charlie Trull, 89, of Sundown will be at 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Glenn Reece, pastor of Fairview Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will follow in Sundown Cemetery under the direction of Geo. C. Price Funeral Directors of Levelland.
He died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2001, in Levelland.
He was born Aug. 29, 1911, in Tipton, Okla., and lived in Texico, N.M., before moving to Hockley County in 1928. He married Nellie Norean Haney on Dec. 31, 1930, in Clovis, N.M. They moved to Sundown in 1962. She preceded him in death on Jan. 14, 1980.
He also was preceded in death by a grandson, Donnie Carl Trull in 1991.
He was a member of County Line Baptist Church near Morton and was a retired farmer.
He is survived by four sons, Dwain and Don, both of Sundown, Dale of Levelland and Mike of Snyder; four daughters, Melba Jones and Betty Shults, both of Sundown, Mary Crenshaw of Sanger and Nitanell Hayes of Woodward, Okla.; 30 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
