Funeral services are pending for Charles R. Riley, 73, of 714 Alabama, with Simpson Funeral Home.
A retired Baptist minister, he died at 8:20 p.m. Thursday in North Plains Hospital. He was a World War I veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Bertha; two sons, Jack of Woodward, Okla., Jim of Boulder, Mont.; four daughters, Mrs. Jerry McQuary, 1201 Roberts, Mrs. Thel Flanigan, McRay, Ark., Mrs. R.C. Hymer, Lewisville, Ark., Mrs. Curtis Langston, Spearman; brother, A.T. Riley, Round Rock; sister, Mrs. Mary Halliburton, Georgetown; 19 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Final rites for Charles R. Riley, 73, of 714 Alabama, were held Saturday from Simpson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Armstrong, pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial in Westlawn Memorial Park was directed by Simpson Funeral Home.
Riley was a retired Baptist minister. He died Thursday in North Plains Hospital.
Surviving are his wife, two sons, four daughters, brother, sister, 19 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Bertha E. Riley, 85, Borger, died Monday, Dec. 9, 1991 in Borger Nursing Center.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Minton Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor Bible Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
A native of Bell County, Texas, she had been a Borger resident since 1948. She was a housewife and member of Spicewood Springs Baptist Church in Austin.
Survivors include two sons, Jack Riley of Round Rock; and Jim Riley of Spokane, Wash.; four daughters, Charlene Flanagan of Salisaw, Okla.; Christine Hymer of Stephenville, Betty Perry of Spearman; and Patricia McQuary of Borger; three brothers, Henry Gilbreath of St. Louis, Mo.; Charlie Gilbreath of San Diego, Calif.; and Earl Gilbreath of Fort Worth; three sisters, Flora Hight, Verna Belle and Elsie Pearl, all of San Angelo; 19 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
