Graveside services for Jesus Manuel Moncayo, age 33 of Seminole, Texas will be held Monday, March 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Gaines County Cemetery with Father Jose De Dios Gonzalez officiating. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.
Mr. Moncayo was born in Lamesa, Texas November 13, 1987 to Anna (Ontiveros) and Felix Moncayo. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church. He enjoyed playing video games, collecting action figures, listening to rock and roll music, and spending time with his niece and nephew. He was always being silly and goofing around with his family; but at the same time he was a very private person.
Jesus Moncayo passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021 at his home in Seminole. He is survived by his parents, Felix and Anna Moncayo of Seminole; maternal grandparents, Juan and Alicia Ontiveros of Seminole; paternal grandparents, Manuel and Socorro Moncayo of Seminole; one brother, Jonathan Moncayo and fiancé Julyssa Moncayo of Denver City, Texas; one sister, Rebecca Moncayo of Seminole; one nephew, Mateo Moncayo of Denver City; and one niece, Meilana Abney of Seminole.
