FRITCH: Lois Dale Chandler Robinson, 84, of Fritch went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, May 27, 2008, in Amarillo.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the "Garden of Devotion" at Westlawn Memorial Park with Mr. Richrd Kasko, Minister of Fritch Church of Christ officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mrs. Robinson was born on April 26, 1924 in Knoxville, TN to George & Beullah Chandler. She married Edward Robinson on May 24, 1947, in Lawton, Okla.

She was active in 4H and organized sewing circles for young girls, as well as the Bible Class. She was a member of Fritch Arts and Crafts Club. She was a volunteer nurses aide and volunteered at the hospital. She was preceded by her parents and her husband.

She is survived by her daughter, Ellen Duffield of the home, three grandsons, Larry, Tanya Duffield of Stinnett, Darrell Duffield of Mineral Wells and Daniel Duffield of Colorado Springs,Colo., eight great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, brother, Tommy Chandler of South Carolina and one sister, Bessie Haven of Cleburne, TX. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Odyssey Health Care.
