Funeral services for Robert Russell Rogers, 59, of Lefors, formerly of Borger, are scheduled at 2 p.m. Friday in First Church of the Nazarene with the pastor, the Rev. Amos R. Meador, officiating.
Interment in Westlawn Memorial Park will be directed by Ed Brown and Sons, Funeral Directors.
Rogers was dead on arrival at Highland General Hospital at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, following an apparent heart attack. He had moved to Lefors from Borger 15 months ago. He was a member of the First church of the Nazarene, Borger, and Lefors Lions Club.
Surviving are his wife, Lola Belle; three sons, Robert R. Rogers Jr., of Edwards Air Force Base, Calif., Gene W. of Lefors, Charles C. of Dumas; a daughter, Mrs. C. S. Roberts of High Grove, Calif.; three brothers, W.W. of Brooklyn, NY, L.L. of Plano, J.J. of Fontana, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Home Cox of Phillips, Mrs. Beulah Ferrick of New York City; his step-mother, Mrs. Helen Rogers of Wellington, Kan., and 11 grandchildren.
