BORGER - Jerry James Shuffield, 59, died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2002.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday in Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. Doug Koehler, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mr. Shuffield was born Aug. 20, 1943, in San Jose, Calif. He was a pumper for Losure Petroleum.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy; a son, Jesse Shuffield of Borger; two daughters, Cristal Williams of Amarillo and Angela Shuffield of Borger; his mother, Dorothy Shuffield Wilbanks of Stinnett; a brother, Cody Shuffield of Olivia, Wash.; two sisters, Ann Shuffield of Stinnett and Jill Martinez of Wichita Falls; and two grandchildren.
