Frank M. Sissons, Jr. 76, died Thursday Oct. 15 in Borger.
Services are pending with Minton/Chatwell Funeral Home of Borger.
Mr. Sissons was born Oct. 24, 1921, in Ottowa, Ill. In 1977 he moved from Bay City to Borger. He was retired from Phillips as a design engineer supervisor where he worked 37 years. He served in World War II in the Army Air Corps as a sargent. He was a member of St. John"s Catholic Church of Borger. He was also a member of the Knights of Colombus as a third and fourth degree, the American Legion and the Borger Duplicate Bridge Club.
He was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn, Jan. 21, 1983.
Survivors include seven sons, John Sissons of Pasadena; Dr. Phillip Sissons of Gadsden, Ala., David Sissons of Seguin, Paul Sissons of Georgetown, Kevin Sissons of Borger, James R. Sissons of Colorado Springs and Robert Sissons of Franklin, La.; two daughters, Cecilia Anthony of Mt. Vernon and Kathleen Fain of Borger; 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
