Obituary:
BOOKER - Ruth Albin, 89, formerly of Follett, died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2007.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Follett United Methodist Church with Daryl Wynn officiating. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery by Johnson's Good Samaritan Funeral Service of Booker.
Mrs. Albin was born Sept. 20, 1917, near Balko in Beaver County, Okla., to Roscoe and Emma Smith Custer. She married Robert Earl Albin on Sept. 20, 1937.
Survivors include two sons, Robert "Bobby" C. Albin of Lubbock and Larry E. Albin of Canadian; and five grandchildren.
