TEXAS CITY - Christy Newton, 37, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2006, in Texas City, Texas; she was born December 30, 1968.
She is survived by her son, Fillipe Silvas; mother, Jane Steinbach and husband Arnold; father, Hermond Newton and wife Barbara; brothers, Mike “Okie” Newton and wife Beth, Wayne Newton and wife Mary and Robert Newton and wife Sabrina; and numerous loving family members and friends.
The family will receive friends Friday, December 1, 2006, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 2, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home Chapel.
