FRITCH - Kit Stallings, 77, died Monday, Nov. 23, at her home in Fritch.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Westlawn Memorial Park. A memorial serviceswill be at 11 a.m. at Faith Covenant Church with the Rev. Ken Sheppard, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the Garden of Love at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mrs. Stallings was born in Ft. Worth and had been a Hutchinson County resident since 1946 when she moved to the area from Havre de Grace, Md. She married P.S. "Jack" Stallings on Dec. 2, 1939, in Ft. Worth. She was a homemaker and a member of Faith Covenant Church. She was a member of Jane Phillips Sorority and Women of Rotary.
Survivors include her husband, Jack, of the home; two sons, Patrick Stallings, Sr., of Austin and John Stallings of Fritch; two daughters, Kathryn VanZyl of Bogota, Colombia, and Mary Braddick of Houston; one sister, Ruelle Hawkins of Houston and nine grandchildren.
