FINAL RITES HELD FOR MISS ROBINSON THURS.
Miss Tabbie Robinson, 78, died at 11:45 p. m. January 31, 1950 at St. Edward Hospital after a short illness.
Miss Robinson was born October 21, 1871 near San Gabriel and had spent most of her life in Cameron. At short intervals she had spent most of her life in Cameron. At short intervals she had spent some time in Houston and Temple but always returned to Cameron where she was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church.
Her survivors include one brother, R. A. Robinson of Houston, and three sisters; Mrs. Mattie C. Jones of Houston, Dr. Una L. Robinson, Bloomington, Indiana and Mrs. R. M. Lyles of Big Spring.
Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Percy A. Corkern, Pastor at First Baptist Church, at 2:00 p. m. Thursday, February 2, 1950. Burial will be made in Oak Hill cemetery with Marek-Burns Funeral Home making arrangements. The body will remain at the Funeral Home until the funeral hour on Thursday.
