Gay Lynn Swinford, 39, 217 Moreland, died at 1:14 p.m. Wednesday, December 8, in Golden Plains Community Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Keeler Baptist Church with Rev. Lon Green officiating.
Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
A clerical clerk for Phillips Petroleum, she was a native of Borger, and a lifetime resident of Borger.
She was a member of Keeler Baptist Church and married Teddy Swinford on May 20, 1978 in Borger.

She is survived by her husband, Teddy Swinford of the home; a stepson, Cory Swinford of the home; a stepdaughter, Stacy Skeen of Amarillo; her parents, Thomas and Wanda Bales of Fritch; a brother, Tommy Bales of Borger and one stepgrandchild.
