Hermeliegh - Barton C. Willingham, 72, died Monday in an Abilene Hospital.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday in the Weathersbee Funeral Home Chapel with Bros. Sam Earp officiating. Burial will be in Hobbs Cemetery.
Mr. Willingham was born in Hobbs. He married Yvonne Noble on October 16, 1993 in Abilene. He served during the Korean and is a retired Air Force Major. He was also retired rancher and farmer. He was a member of the VFW, Texas Tech Alumni Association, and the Cattleman's Association. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife of Hermleigh; two daughters, Mona Massey of Temple and Floy Green of Fort Smith, Ark.; two stepdaughters, Nelda Randolph and Sammantha Cummingham of Snyder, three stepsons, Jimmy Martin of Anson, Jerry Martin of Snyder, and Billy Martin of Abilene; one adopted son, Clay Willingham of Hobbs; one brother, Welburn Willingham of Lubbock; three grandchildren; eight-step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.
