FRITCH - Maxine T. Tolleson, 80, died Monday, Aug. 26, 1996 in Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City, Okla.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Southern Baptist Church in Fritch with the Rev. Paul Simpson, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Evergreen Garden at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.
Mrs. Tolleson was born in Childress, and had been a Hutchinson County resident for 52 years, moving from Hereford. She was a chemist for Phillips Petroleum Copoly Plant, and retired in 1978. She had been a member of First Southern Baptist Church since 1957. She was a member of the Jane Phillips Sorority.
She married Ralph Tolleson in 1940 in Hereford. He preceded her in death in 1966.
Survivors include a brother, Robert Adams of Hereford; three sisters, Ruth Brown of Oklahoma City, Okla.; Dorothy Avery of San Antonio; and Jo Ann Gilliam of Abilene; five nieces; three nephews; seven great nieces and seven great-nephews.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
