Services for John L. Trammell, 78, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Westlawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Rue Scott, pastor of Keeler Baptist Church, officiating.
Mr. Trammell died Tuesday. Born Nov. 21, 1900, in Luling, he had been a Borger resident since 1926. A retired businessman, Mr. Trammell owned and operated Trammell Furniture Store.
He is survived by two brothers, Bill of Borger and Fred of Lamesa; a nephew, Dan of Denton; and a niece, Mrs. Louise Roser of Hamilton, Mo.
Services are under direction of Minton Mortuary.
