Delma passed away at 11:30 am in Crosbyton Hospital after a lengthy illness. She married H. Frank Himmel in 1918 in Hill County. She married Roy Wardlaw in 1958 in Hale Center. He died in 1962.
Survivors include her sons, Carroll Himmel and Irvin Himmel, her brother, Virgil H. Melton, five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Services were held in Crosbyton Church of Christ. Burial was in Crosbyton Cemetery.
