Logan William Wade, 1 month and 20 days old, of Amarillo died Thursday, June 7, 2007.
Services were Saturday in Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors Minton Memorial Chapel with Jake Minton officiating. Burial was in Babyland East in Westlawn Memorial Park.
Logan was born April 18, 2007, in Amarillo, one of a set of triplets.
Survivors include his parents, Shane and Rachael Wade of Amarillo; four brothers, Nathan Wade and Devin Wade, both of Borger, and Conner Wade and Dillon Wade, both of Amarillo; a sister, Desirae Wade of Borger; and his grandparents, Art and Jean Ann Conner and Bill and Rena Wade, all of Borger, and Steve Fullerton of Sedalia, Mo.
