SANTA FE - Kathy Yeager Saye, 49, formerly of Santa Fe, Tx., and a seven year resident of Magnolia, Tx., passed away Aug. 17, 2001, losing her two year battle with cancer. She was born July .19,1952, in Corpus Christi, Tx.j to Preston and Mary Lou Gilmore. She served her country in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam era, had worked for the Port of Galveston, The Pride" at the Port of Galveston and for the Transitional Learning Center.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of James Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Tx., on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2001 at 11 a.m. with the Rev.'Don Savell officiating.
Interment will follow at Grace Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock, Tx. Visitation with family and friends will be Monday, Aug. 20, 2001, in the funeral home chapel from 6 to 8 p.m.

Survivors include husband, John Saye; son, Linus Rich; and her sister, Linda Aubert and one grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Johnie Ray George, Curtis Randall Crunk, Thomas Saye, David Lewis, George Aubert and William Gilmore.

TEXAS CITY — Mr. Edgar Wright ‘Eddie’ Yeager, III passed from this life Monday, November 14, 2005, in Texas City.

Born June 2, 1939, in Malakoff, Texas, Mr. Yeager had been a long time resident of Texas City. He had been the vice-president and general manager of DELESCO, Inc. for the past 13 years, served in the US Coast Guard during the Korean Conflict and had been a merchant marine for many years. A member of the Propeller Club of Galveston, he enjoyed hunting, traveling and lived life to the fullest.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie Yeager, Jr. and LaVersa Gillespie; sons, Eddie W. Yeager, IV, Daniel J. Yeager; sister, Peggy Onstott Baugh.

Survivors include his loving wife, Laureana Yeager; son, Randall Yeager; nieces, Toni Olivier, Suzan Yates, Tina Onstott; nephews, Toby Onstott, Kyle Onstott; brother-in-law, Tony Onstott and 3 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, November 19, 2005, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway Six, Hitchcock, (409) 925-3501, with Pastor John Newton officiating. Eddie’s cremains will be entombed at Grace Memorial Park Mausoleum at a later date, next to his son.
