CROSBYTON (Special) - Graveside services for Betty Wallace, 67, of Crosbyton will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Crosbyton Cemetery with the Rev. Beth Harrington, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating.
Interment will be directed by Adams Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wallace died at 5:03 p.m. Tuesday in North Hills Medical Center in North Richland Hills after a lengthy illness.

She married Travis Odell "Tiny" Wallace Sr. in Ralls on Dec. 23, 1939. He died on Nov. 16, 1988. She was a member of Omega Baptist Church. She was employed at the Mini Mart for 14 years and had worked at Crosbyton Care Center for a number of years. She moved to Fort Worth in January 1992. A daughter, Jo Wallace, died on Feb. 17, 1945, and a son, Travis, Jr., died on Oct. 20, 1990.

Survivors include a son, Charles O. "Beaver" Wallace of Crosbyton; two daughters, Lori Van Ness of Fort Worth and Melba McCravey of Jal, NM; a brother, Jay Brents of Wilburton, Okla.; a sister, Dollie Ann Bond of Escondido, Calif.; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
