Grady Gafford Cox "G.G." 87, of Brownfield passed away February 14, 2009 in Brownfield. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at Terry County Memorial Cemetery.
G.G was born on March 26, 1921 in Lamar County to Frank and Mary Cox. He moved with his family from Oklahoma to Brownfield in 1927 where he attended schools. He worked for Goodpasture for 23 years as a truck driver until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents, 6 brothers and 4 sisters.
Grady is survived by his daughter, Diane "Pokey" Cox of Brownwood; 2 sons, Gary Cox and his wife Debby of Brownfield and Butch Cox and his wife Rene of Christoval; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
