Stephen Gray Winters, Jr.
February 18, 1955 - January 21, 2016
Stephen Gray Winters, Jr., 60, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016.
Funeral service will be held 2 pm Monday, January 25, 2016 in the Minton Memorial Chapel with Pastor Dwight Kirksey officiating. Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Stephen was born February 18, 1955 in Borger to Lena (Lowe) and Stephen Gray Winters, Sr. He was an extremely hard worker and a member of the Boilermaker Union 531. Stephen was a member of First Southern Baptist Church of Fritch. He enjoyed dancing, camping, fishing and shooting guns. Nothing brought more joy to his life than his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his son, Stephen Gray Winters, III and Sharra Luman of Fritch; daughters, LaDawn Ingram and husband Daniel of Ohio, LaTrina Clinkingbeard and husband Chad of Kansas; grandchildren, Cayde Johnson, Cade and Cali Phillips, Michael, Joshua, Caitlin and Bradley Salazar; sister, Ellen Finet of Amarillo; niece, Leslie Flores and husband Raymond of Amarillo; nephew, Dennis Lee Sanchez, Jr. of Fritch; five great nephews; three great nieces and two great great nieces.
